Property Management

We carry out a market survey and assessment of comparable properties, marketing and identification of prospective tenants, vetting of applicants, preparation of lease agreements and ensuring that tenants have comfortably settled and rental is collected and remitted as per lease agreement. We also evaluate the retail/tenant mix and make suitable recommendations to the landlord.

Real Estate Sales

We sell houses, commercial buildings, industrial property and vacant land on behalf of owners. Once the agreement of sale conditions are fulfilled, Lizhibowa Real Estate advises lawyers to transfer the property from the seller to the purchaser.

Project Management

We provide a construction project management and coordination service. The company provides a single point of contact for the owner of the project (the client), and will be responsible for the overall successful management of the building construction and infrastructure projects.

Valuations

We carry out real estate valuations for various purposes such as open market valuations for clients, purchasers who wish to know if the property they are buying is worth the price, valuations for deceased estate purposes as well as for those who want to insure their real estate with insurance companies.
